Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Sends a Warning to Players
Published 4 Sep 2024
The early access multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is ending soon, with Treyarch issuing a 24-hour warning. Available to those who pre-ordered or have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, the beta has allowed players to test a limited selection of maps and modes. Reactions have been mixed, with some players excited about the game while others remain skeptical about the new omnimovement system and maps.

Treyarch has announced that the early access beta will conclude on September 4 at 10am PT. Players who reach level 20 before the beta ends will unlock the Squish Operator Skin for Westpoint. Although the early access beta is ending, fans won’t have to wait long for more testing opportunities.

A new open beta for Black Ops 6 will start on September 6, accessible to all players regardless of pre-order status. This beta will include additional maps like Babylon and Stakeout, and may feature adjustments based on feedback from the initial beta. Players are eager to see if the game’s balance issues, such as complaints about the Jackal's power and Time to Kill, will be addressed in this upcoming test.
