Real Grade recreates striking details thanks to a new interpretation of the machine through the examination of real technology and settings!

1) Wings surface structure derived from armor material technology:

The wing structure is recreated based on material technology used in real aircrafts. In the inside it has an armor structure created with a wing-shaped mold, inserted for heat resistance and physical defense when entering the atmosphere.

2) Characteristic shape of the wings and tridimensional articulation based on thrust control technology:

The articulation mechanism of the main wings is created based on the technology of the latest aircrafts and thrust control during flight.

The shape and wing span have been recreated in the suitable size for flight over the ground. In addition, the "flexible wings" at the tip are recreated based on the thrust deflection mechanism of real fighter planes and made with movements and a tridimensional curved shape closer to bird wings.

3) New advanced MS joints that recreate human-like movements:

The "Zero Frame" appearing in the series, that can be operated even as just the frame, is recreated based on the latest autonomous robot technology. The new advanced MS joints made it possible to reproduce movements similar to humans. In addition, the advanced MS joints are created considering the application in the other 4 MS of the "Operation Meteo". They are made to be compatible.
