The Basilisk V3 Pro takes over the Pro suffix and a lot of the technology from the two most recently released Pro models, the Viper and DeathAdder, but not their design: instead of an input device that is as light as possible and fully optimized for performance in shooters, the new Basilisk is intended to be a front Functionality bursting multi-purpose tool – including RGB opulence. There are a total of 13 separately configurable LED areas, which already reveals that the weight cannot be low. At 112 grams, the Basilisk V3 Pro weighs around twice as much as the Viper V2 Pro and DeathAdder V3, but both have a four-way mouse wheel that can be released at the push of a button, an alternative Bluetooth wireless connection, five additional buttons and compatibility with an inductive one Charging system based on the Qi standard.
